 Nigerian president Muhammad Buhari has arrived the Oval office at the white House in Washington, DC,to meet with US  president Donald Trump to discuss economic and military ties. The meeting on Monday will mark the second time  president Buhari sits down with a US president in the three years he has been in power - the first being with Barrack Obama in 2015.  See photos below;

 Just like Miracle,  Big Brother Naija 2018 top housemate, Nina,  who sat for interview with Delphinato, also admitted to having sex several times with her romantic partner.  According to her, it was just them being human and not pretending. She also disclosed that they both have feelings for each other and it won't be changing.  This is really dishearteneding. A young girl from Abia state identified as Chosara Okoronkwo Omere has been hospitalized after she was allegedly maltreated by her aunt.  A little girl was killed by a speeding vehicle while playing near her compound. According to an online user who shared the pictures of the slain kid and didn't give location where it happened, the girl identified as Sandra died on the spot after being crushed by the vehicle.  The incident was reported to have caused tension in the area as the girl's mother rushed in the road.  Very sad.

 A French student who auctioned her virginity online has reportedly fallen for the business man who bought her for sex.  A suspected thief got more than what he bargained for after he was beaten mercilessly by a mob for allegedly stealing chicken. The man was descended upon by those who allegedly caught him red handed as they almost lynched him an injured his wrist badly in the process.

 A man caught a falling woman by the hair, only to drop her moments later because his hands were greasy. The woman, believed to be a domestic worker, was reportedly trying to fix a washing line on the third floor of the building in the town of Tampines when she fell. The sad incident happened in Singapore.  The man, on the second floor, saw her slip and managed to trap hold of her body by the hair,according to those who posted the footage on social media.  In the footage, the man appeared to have list his grip and can be heard shouting "I cannot stand already as passers-by gathered beneath the window.  The woman can then be seen lying injured on the hard surface after having apparently fallen, as concerned onlookers covered her with a shawl to preserve her modesty before police arrive on the scene.  The man can then be heard telling friends how he tried to pull the woman up but was unsuccessful because his hands were slippery with oil because he had been eating at the time.

 A thirty-two year old banker who was nearly killed by car snatcher found a police officer using the car he lost to the robbers two years later. Samuel Gordon was attacked by four armed men who took his car which contained a laptop computer and other personal belongs in December 2015.  For two years, nothing was heard about the criminals or his car until he personally saw the vehicle in Tema one Friday afternoon.  But Samuel's story after that afternoon is another harrowing tale with the police.  Samuel tells Joy News investigative journalist, Manasse Azure, that on December 4,2015, he stopped at the Titanic Beach, located between Team and Sakumon in Ghana around 8 pm because his engine had developed a heating problem, but armed men pounced on him.  Samuel was ordered to get out his vehicle by the robbers who were dressed like police officers.  "They looked into the car and then I was asked to come down and open the boot.  The Lagos state police command is investigating a case of child abuse reported by Chosen Child Orphanage Home, located at Gastya Estate, Ijora-Badia on behalf of Aishat Sheriff, a 16-year-old girl child whose upper and lower right limbs were allegedly burnt by her biological mother, one Ago Sheriff, 30 years old, by means of electric pressing iron over minor understanding.   What led to the abuse was that the victim, who is a student of s secondary school and also a part time student nurse in auxiliary capacity, was given the sum of five hundred Naira by her boss with an instruction to hand two hundred Naira to someone on her way home, use fifty Naira as transport fare and return the balance of two hundred and fifty Naira to her boss the next day.   However, on the day she was supposed to return the balance of the money to her boss, the victim defaulted. She told her boss that the money was with her mother. The boss called her mother on the phone and she denied knowledge of the mo

 Thugs,armed with machete and other guns on Sunday disrupted a meeting convened by senator Suleman Othman Hunkyi with members of the All Progressives Congress from Kaduna central senatorial District at NUT End well Hotel.  The meeting attended by Representatives from each of the local government and the district was at being rounded up when some thugs, numbering about ten stormed the venue, breaking car windshields before policemen shot into the air to disperse them. But party faithfuls who had converged on the conference had if the hostel scampered for safety and the meeting came to an abrupt end.  Five persons sustained injuries and were moved to Barau Dikko hospital before the police quickly moved in to disperse the thugs.  Senator Hunkuyi had last week met with party faithfuls from the Kaduna south senatorial district in Kafanchan where he promise to reinstate teachers and district heads sacked by the Kaduna state government.

 The attempt to recall the senator representing Kogi west senatorial District, Dino Melaye, has failed after the verified signatories to the petition for his recall fell short of requirements.  For the verification exercise to success, 50 percent plus one of the signatories to the petition had to be verified.  However, based on the results announced by professor Ukertor Gabriel Moti, the Declaration officer for the exercise held in the senatorial district on Saturday, only 18,742 of the 189,870 of the signatories to the petition for the senator's recall were verified by INEC.  The verified signatories represent 5.34 percent of the 351,146 registered voters in the senatorial district.  After announcing the results, he declared, "I professor Ukertor Gabriel Moti, affirm that the information on verification of signatures to the petition for the recall if senator Dino David Melaye of Kogi west senatorial District has taken place on this day, 28th day of April 2018, and that

 At least 12 people was reportedly dead as a fatal multiple accident occurred at Fidiwo on the Ibadan-Lagos expressway on Saturday 28th April 2018. A total of two vehicles were involved. A Lagos yellow intra a city bus with registration number AAA 886 XR, a ford Transit bus travelling from Lagos to Ilorin who on high speed was overtaking wrongfully and collided with a Volvo truck black coloured with  registration number LSD 138XQ.  The Ford Transit Bus was earlier flagged down for speeding by FRSC patrol team that noticed the speed of the passenger bus, but he ignored the flag down order and even abused the patrol team with the use of his hand, but unfortunately barely driving five minutes from the FRSC patrol team that cautioned him for speeding, the bus collided with the truck traveling from the opposite direction.  A total of 20 people comprising 11 male adults were involved. The total number of people killed were 12 comprising 6male adults and 6 female adults.

 A Lady that says she love cute guys - has taken to social media to narrate what happened after meeting a set of handsome boys at a wedding earlier today.  This was experienced in a recent clash between two grown up men. In a trending video footage posted by Lawrence, the two men can be seen fighting each other publicly over an undisclosed issue.  And the fight ended up when one of the men was thrown to the ground before falling unconscious.  Both the fighter and those watching the fight -rushed to the man's aide after collapsing.  What later happened to the unconscious man is yet to be ascertain.
