Lady Has One Nipple Bigger Than The Other After Surgery.
The show's breast surgeon, Dr. Terry Dubrow tells Nina the problem is a Common complication of big implants.
Nina tells viewers she is a professional Sugar Baby - spending her time in relationships with older men. Her five suger Daddies have funded her plastic surgery, she revealed.
The New Yorker's four boobs jobs have seen her increase her implants from 250cc to a giant 1,600cc increase in some implant size adds one cup size to your bra measurements.
Examining her patient, Dr. Dubro explains how in breast implant ops, doctors insert Gore - Tex sutures to keep things in place.
But in Nina's case, he said her left breast keeps "spitting out" the Gore-Tex, rejecting the foreign body.
He tells viewers: "what happens is, when you spit out Gore TeX, it allows the underlying implant to stretch the areola and the scar. "If it falls, an areola with a large breast implant behind it can be very, very stretched outs it can lead to a very significant cosmetic problem."
Nina, who tells to show's hosts Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif she's the captain of the "Boobinati - the bug boob army" said her dream is to go under the knife again, in her quest for an even bigger bust.
"I finally got all the way up to 1,600cc but I had so many complications," she said "I am very, very concerned because it's my dream to get up to 2,000cc. "After My first set of boobs, I thought I could take over the world, because they generated so much attention."
That boob job saw Nina's chest increase from a full C cup to a very full D.
A year later she went bigger still, achieving a DD cup.
But Nina's hopes are dashed when Dr. Dubrow reveals the solution to her mismatched nipples.
He said "I can make an incision, cut out all the scar tissue and put another piece of Gore-Tex back in.
"The problem is everything is stretched out, so in order to get it back to this size, you have to make it very, very tight.
"And the tighter it is, the greater the risk it will fall again.
