No Excuse At Old Age, Invest And Secure A Better Future.

 I have a friend who is working for a company. Anytime I asked him to give me money, he will tell me they have not paid him, I should wait till they pay him salary. So one day, I asked him so even if you want to buy new clothes, you must wait for salary? It was then he said his salary doesn't even give him three square meals a day!
 Dear people, human wants are insatiable according to an Economist. No amount of salary can solve all your problems or daily needs in life! Some people whose salaries are about N250k a month, still borrow money even before they receive their salary! I didn't say borrowing is bad oooo, it is to make ends meet. But some people whose salary is about N50k a month feed their families very well and still foot other bills on their tables!
 OK, if you are a worker you have some years in service and then retirement age also if you are a trader or business man you can't trade all the years of your life, their is still retirement age.  "Youth is a blunder, manhood a struggle, old age a regret" - Benjamin Disraeli. Abi na lie? Remember the future is untold!
 INVEST: Invest for the future and be happy at retirement age. Do something that brings you money little by little everyday. There are some investments that will favour all of us.

* Buy lands
* Build House(s)
* Build Hostels and Hotels
* Build Schools
* Build filling Station
* Buy Car or Motorcycle For Transport
* Buy Shares For Bank etc.

 Remember as you make your bed so you lie on it. You may start by making small small savings from your monthly salary or as a trader make daily savings even if you are still working it will bring you money little by little. If your salary is N30k you save N3k a month for about two years can buy motocycle yes it is not easy but if you cross your heart my dear, you can slap the devil and nothing will happen. Even if you are still working, that motorcycle will still be giving you money same thing with people with bigger money/salary, build houses give them out for rent. I have a friend who invest on wheelbarrow renting business. All is investment.
 DECISION AND DETERMINATION: This is our major problem in life. Once you decide to do something, be determined to achieve it. If you are saving money don't use it for another thing. Remember yam seed which a farmer want to plant, no amount of hunger will make him eat the yam. We should invest wisely. Invest on what will give you money directly at your old age. The road might be tough and long but in the end you will be at the top of the hill.
