Graphic Photo: Unidentified Corpses Discovered In A Forest In Zamfara.

 Zurmi local government area of Zamfara state has recorded a case where over 20 unidentified corpses were found in a forest. Some of the bodies were reportedly, killed by gunshots while some had their throats slit and no one could really tell why they were killed as most of the victims were adults.
According to spokesperson of the state police command SP Muhammad Shehu who said the police got an information that bodies were seen in a forest in Zurmi local government area and they went there to ascertain the claim.
He said; "our team of operatives were there and they recovered the bodies. Descreet investigation has commenced in earnest and the perpetrators will soon be brought to book."
The bodies had been buried.
