Gay Partners Escapes Lynching By Angry Mobs.

 Mr. John Chawvuko Shagidi and his alleged gay partner, Emmanuel Onosode, who were caught in the act of and almost lynched at Umutu, in Obiaruki, in Ukwuani LGA over allegations of homosexual activities are said to be on the run.

 According to Sapele Oghenek, the incident which occurred on 17th,June, 2018 where the suspects who were caught having an unholy romantic affair, took to their heels on sighting a group of angry mob brandishing dangerous weapons. It took the intervention of security operatives who fired some canisters of teargas to disperse the mob from snuffling life out of them.

 A source from the police said, the police division Mr. Shagidi and Onosode wanted in connection with the said crime, calling on the general public to report to any division of the Nigerian police if they have any information that will lead to their arrest. 

 In reaction to the said act, the Ukwuani Youth Chairman, Mr China Uwabuofu said there was no room for homosexuality in Ukwuani land and Nigeria in general.
