12-Year-Old Boy battered with twisted wire By Uncle.

A man in Awo-mmama in Imo state has been arrested by the police for using a twisted cable wire to maltreat by his 12-year old nephew while his wife stood by  applauding him for the act.
 It was gathered that the neighbours were attract by the boy's screening and they rescued the little boy.
When why he chooses to treat the little child in this manner, he said the boy is very stubborn.
